Filming final things for draft 3

We took the advice and made new plans such as new information, a new script and a new and quieter location. as from our previous drafts when we did us a presenter she couldn't be heard .

Editing during half-term

After showing our documentary there were massive changes which needed to be done. We were told that our documentary does not focus on an actual topic and that there is too much random information being throw out at the same time. we were also told that the draft was confusing. Webhad to rearrange and make numerous changes to the 3rd draft

  • have more interviews
  • ask people about the I am a Mac campaign 
  • be more creative and ask people what each brand name means to them by showing them a brand name and them giving us three words that come to their head when they see it .
  • too use of footage that does not belong to us.

Filming 3rd Draft

Due to certain weather problems we were not able to do any filming for the two days that past. We filmed the presenting scene in Canarby street and also in Convent Garden where there is an Apple shop.

•reasons to why apple has become so successful

2nd draft feedback

From looking back at the feedback given back to us as a group . We was told to improve the whole documentary because:

  • •the documentary was too informative and people won't be learning anything.
  • •not enough interviews
  • •coming of the whole topic of brands
  • the voice-over sounded boring and needed to be more energetic 
  • the whole documentary needed to focus on a certain aspect of Apple

Second Draft of A Brand New World

Re-planning whole documentary

As a group we didn't get the whole concept of documentaries. In the 2nd draft we decided to focus more on Apple as a brand  and scrap the whole idea on if people focus more on whether it is the quality or the quantity which makes people buy brands.
